Description

Elevator Maintenance, Market Research Questionnaire, FDC Honolulu, Hawaii The Federal Bureau of Prisons is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The projected requirement is for the provision of full Elevator Maintenance Services to be provided for the Federal Detention Center (FDC) located at Honolulu, Hawaii which will include the services necessary to maintain all elevators (4 electric and 2 hydraulic) located at the facility. It is anticipated that services will generally be required weekly which will normally consist of a five (5) hour visit to the facility to maintain the elevators. The resulting contract is anticipated to consist of a base year plus four (4) additional one year option periods. * Note: This synopsis is for the purposes of locating potential sources only and is not a request for bids/quotes/proposals. It is anticipated that an actual solicitation will be issued in the near future for these services.
