Export Control Regulations apply. Contractor First Article Testing is required. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and 4 option years. Delivery will be to DLA stock locations listed on Form P-41, Shipping Instructions, with the majority of the orders going to New Cumberland, PA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Required delivery is 146 days. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 9,249 EA and applies to the base year only. The maximum contract quantity is 145,361 EA. This solicitation is a partial small business set-aside, Full and Open Competition. The estimated solicitation issue date is January 7, 2013 and the estimated closing date is February 7, 2013.
