Description
1. Statement of Work: a. Provide the services of a qualified TANO field service engineer to attend the vessel and accomplish the following in support of the MTA repair Period. Estimated 41 days. ) Perform a complete system groom and calibration of the Engine Room Control Console, Local operating Console and Cargo Console. b. Rebuild Port and Stbd Main Engine Pneumatics Panel. Inspect test and service, adjust, repair and calibrate the engine control console and associated sensors and other equipment as necessary to balance main engine load between engines. c. Replace Clutch Panel Pneumatic valves and material. (GFM already on board. List available upon request.) d. Replace the Port and Stbd Reduction Gear RTD e. Replace SSDG #4 Fuel Oil Meter Interconnection Box f. Update and Install Port Host computer with UPS shutdown Software g. Propulsion Groom ‐ Rack, Pitch, Throttles, Profiles, bearings. h. Install new EMS sensors i. Perform a complete system groom and calibration of the Engine Room Control Console, Local operating Console and Cargo Console. j. Upon completion of the work, demonstrate proper load-sharing between the main engines to the satisfaction of the vessel's Chief Engineer and the Military Sealift Fleet Support Command (MSFC) Port Engineer. k. ABS Testing (Times to be co-ordinated directly with Cheng & PPE for ABS) l. Attend 2 days of Dock trial (March 15th & 16th) and two days of Sea Trials (March 17th & 18th) m. Upon completion of all work provide the Chief Engineer and Port Engineer with a finalized and details (not handwritten) report describing the" as found" and "as repaired" condition of the TANO Console. Reports shall be in electronic format and no bigger than 2MB in size 2. Vessel Availability: Subic Bay Dry Dock, Philippines: MTA Period of Performance 8 JAN thru 18MAR13 3.
