The RFQ form has been amended to reflect an updated delivery address. In addition, the customer has requested 2 day Fed-Ex shipping. Customer's Fed-Ex account number will be used to pay this cost and will be provided on the awarded PO. The cost; however, must be known prior to award and is requested to be notated on the RFQ form.
