Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Carolina City: Charleston Delineated Area: North: Starting at the intersection of Beaufain Street and Wilson Street, traverse east along Beaufain Street, continue east on Hasell Street to the intersection of Hasell Street and Washington Street. East: From the intersection of Hasell and Washington Streets, south on Washington Street one block and east on Pritchard Street to the intersection of Pritchard Street and Concord Street, follow Concord Street in a southerly direction to North Adgers Wharf, traverse one block west on North Adgers Wharf to East Bay Street, and travel south on East Bay Street, East Bay Street converts to East Battery Street, continue south on East Battery Street to Murray Boulevard. South: From the intersection of East Battery Street and Murray Boulevard, turn west on Murray Boulevard following along to Rutledge Avenue. West: At the intersection of Rutledge Avenue and Murray Road, turn north on Rutledge Avenue to the intersection of Rutledge Avenue and Savage Street, head northeast on Savage Street to the intersection of Savage Street/Broad Street/Franklin Street, continue north on Franklin Street, Franklin Street converts to Wilson Street, continue north on Wilson to the point of beginning. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,511 Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
