- Description
- The Government wishes to lease approximately 17,825 rentable square feet of office and related space which will yield approximately 15,500 ANSI/BOMA occupiable square feet. The space will be occupied by a United States Government Law Enforcement Agency. 24 hour access is required. Ten (10) reserved parking spaces are also required. Subleases will not be considered. The lease will be for a 10 year, 5 year firm term. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including adequate contract parking for 10 Government Vehicles. Buildings with parking below the building will not be considered. The Government will have the right to install a satellite dish and/or vertical antenna on the building roof. All services, supplies, and utilities are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space should not be located on the top floor or on the ground floor facing the street. Spaces on the top floor and ground floor will be considered following a Security Assessment of offered space. The location must not be in the immediate vicinity of any potential environmental threats, such as fuel storage areas, or chemical manufacturing facilities, etc. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places, potentially eligible for the National Register within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety, shall be ADA compliant and asbestos abased. Location: The offered space must be within the delineated area of Eastern Mahoning County, OH: North, South, and East: County Line West: Route 11 and the Ohio Turnpike Expressions of Interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address. 2. One-eight inch scale drawing of space offered. 3. Square footage offered. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted. 6. Evidence of authority to represent owner.
