Description

This is an Annual Synopsis of Repair Basic Ordering Agreement(BOA) N00104-11-G-A008 with Dover Engineered Systems, INC D/B/A Sargent Controls & Aerospace and serves as the presolicitation synopsis notice for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUP-WSS Mechanicsburg for the period of 01 Oct 13 thru 01 Oct 14 for evaluation and repair of various repair components of the Hydraulic System manufactured and repaired by Dover Engineered Systems, Inc. Several major items to be repaired include: NSN-7H-4810-01-090-4067, Valve, Linear, Direct, P/N 20196-006, NSN-7H-4810-01-090-4456, Valve Solenoid, Cont, P/N 20464-005, NSN-7H-4810-01-090-4595, Valve, Linear, Direct, P/N 20713-003, NSN-7H-4810-01-180-9802, Valve, Linear, Direct, P/N 52001-002, NSN-7H-4820-01-424-1201, Valve, Linear, Direct, P/N 52108-002, NSN-7H-4820-01-452-2128, Valve, Linear, Direct, P/N 52108-001. However, individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under this Hydraulics System. A complete list of potential repairable items for which orders may be placed can be obtained upon request from the below cited point of contract. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR Subpart 5.3. A complete list of items and forecasted quantities can be obtained upon request. Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP WSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternate Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
