Description
Wage Determination. Department of Labor wage determinations as required by the Service Contract Act BPA quote sheet. Use this document to submit your pricing information BPA performance work statement. This document describes the actual service we are requesting. BPA Specific terms, conditions and information. This document provides important information regard how a BPA works as well as the thresholds that this BPA will be opertating under. Request for quote in it's original format. This document includes the request for quotations in it's original form for ease of reading. To view information below in it's original format, please see attachment "Motorcycle Training Combo" COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603(c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FA4418MOTORCYCLE and is being issued as a RFQ. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62, effective 20-Dec-12. (iv) The acquisition for small business set-aside has been dissolved and is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 611692 with a $7M size standard. (v) Interested contractors shall submit a quote for Motorcycle Training Services as indicated on the Request for Quotation Form. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. (vi) The contractor will supply Motorcycle Training Services as required by 628 Air Base Wing (ABW) Ground Safety Office at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. (See attached statement of work) (vii) This award will be made in the form of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a 5-year period of performance. The Government will award a BPA resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in the following relative order of importance: 1.Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. 2. Price.
