Description
NSN 1650-01-003-9796, SC1000006917, Solicitation SPE4A713R0362; Item: Cylinder, Boot Strap, P/N: 1711009-208. Sole Source, Arwkin Industries (CAGE: 93891). Any manufactures not listed above that wishes to submit a source approval request for this item for future procurements should visit http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base year, O=Option Year). Minimum Order Quantity: B=3, O=3/ Maximum Contract Quantity: B=35, O=35/ Estimated annual quantity: B=23, O=23 (See solicitation for additional details). FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. Solicitation is unrestricted other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control; Part Numbered Item. The technical data package for this item is subject to Export Control. Item is not critical safety. Government First Article Testing of 3 units. The First Article Unit requested delivery is 120 days from the date of award. First Article Testing and Evaluation delivery is 180 days. The Production requested delivery is 272 days from government acceptance/approval of the First Article. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This is an Unrestricted Set-Aside. Only offers received from valid Small Business entities will be considered. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. The solicitation opening date is 01/22/2013; the close date is 02/22/2013.
