Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Sought 2MO0361/LMO31014 : The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Kansas City, Missouri, that will be expiring. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 47,761ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 47,761 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 51,179 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 54 Parking Spaces (Surface): 39 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 15 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: N/A The space must be available for occupancy by November 8, 2013. Delineated Area: North: MO-92 East: Route 169 West: I-435 South: Hwy 152 Other applicable requirements include the following features: •· Proximity to public transpiration and Kansas City International Airport •· Parking •· Security The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
