Sources Sought This is a Sources Sought Announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS code 621111 Office of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists) Size Standard $10 Million. The Network Contracting Office at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center (VISN 2) has a requirement for a contractor to provide Interventional Radiology services for beneficiaries of the Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, NY. All work performed under this contract will be performed at the Stratton VA Medical Center. Board Certified/Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) subcertified Interventional Radiologist(s) are needed for on-call and emergency consultation, surgery, and follow-up services. Contractors must be able to respond to on-call within 30 minutes of initial call by phone or within 60 minutes of initial call in-person at the facility to perform Interventional Radiology procedure. Responses to this Sources Sought must include the following information: 1. Type of business, such as: 8(a), Small Business, HubZone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business or Veteran Owned Small Business. Responses must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2013. No solicitation document is available at this time; this notice is to acquire information only.
