Description

AZ10 RESIDENTIAL AZ34 BUILDING SOLICITATION DRAWINGS SF33 SCOPE OF WORK the work referred to in this scope of work shall be performed at the Desert Vision Youth Wellness Center. The Desert Visions Youth Wellness Center is located in Sacaton, Arizona. The Desert Vision Youth Wellness Center is replacing or refinishing existing flooring in buildings 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600. The existing flooring shall be refinished using on of two methods, dependent on location and as displayed in provided exhibits. The first method shall be installation of vinyl plank flooring which shall be floated over existing VCT. In areas where vinyl plank flooring shall not be installed, existing VCT and adhesive shall be completely removed, and then existing concrete slab shall be stained. Refer to exhibit for details. Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend pre-bid walk through to become familiar with existing site conditions.
