Description

To be clear, we are looking for a baseline bid that would include (2) 3 bedroom units and (5) 2 bedroom units for a total of Seven. The bid should be for the square footage of those mentioned units. This would be for an entire Fiscal Year on a contract. Because of this, we are unable to give an exact number of units as they may change from month to month. With that said, we are looking for a base bid of the mentioned 7 total units in any given month. The prevailing wage rates for the area need to be figured into any bids that may be given as well. To summarize, we would like for the bids to be for the mentioned (2) 3 bedroom sqaure footage & (5) 2 bedroom square footage, 7 total. The square footage for these are listed on the attached Scope, but are listed as follows: Unit Walls Ceiling Two Bedroom 3389 SQ FT 1121 SQ FT Three Bedroom 4978 SQ FT 1638 SQ FT
