- The Bureau of Land Management, Delta, UT has a requirement to obtain Veterinary Services for the Wild Horse & Burro Facilities at Delta, UT. The full requirements are outlined in the attached statement of work. Please note that interested vendors are required to price out a base and two option years and provide a proposal as to how they intend to accomplish the work providing the government with a best value proposal. The requirements for the proposal are outlined in the statement of work and also in Section 4 under Evaluation Factors. This requirement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541490 with a small business size standard of 7.0 Million.
