Description

The Salisbury Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Salisbury, North Carolina is in need of a contractor to provide all labor and material for removal of existing soffit panels, roof overhang, and track system to complete project "BLDG 17 (LOADING DOCK) RENOVATIONS." Work includes replacing track system, erecting a new ceiling, paving the loading dock, and resolving new grating and drainage issues that occur from the labor. This is a Presolicitation only. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is February 08, 2013 with a bid opening on or about March 11, 2013. These are only tentative dates. The solicitation will have specific dates, times, and locations for the bid opening and site visit. The magnitude of construction per VAAR Part 836.204 is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 with a maximum business size standard of $33.5 Million. All interested parties must be verified in VETBIZ as an SDVOSB prior to submitting a bid. This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. This is not a request for pricing at this time.
