Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Port Arthur, Texas, that will be expiring. GSA is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, GSA will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency down-time: State: Texas City: Port Arthur Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: Starting from intersection of 75th St./Jimmy Johnson Blvd. and Port Arthur/Beaumont Hwy. in a northbound direction to the intersection of 75th St./Jimmy Johnson Blvd. and Lake Arthur. Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of 75th St./Jimmy Johnson Blvd. and Lake Arthur in a southbound direction to the intersection of Lake Arthur. and Lake Arthur Dr. Southern Boundary: From the intersection of Lake Arthur and Lake Arthur Dr. in a westbound direction to the intersection of Lake Arthur Dr. and Port Arthur/Beaumont Hwy. Western boundary: From the intersection of Lake Arthur Dr. and Port Arthur/Beaumont Hwy. in a northbound direction to the intersection of 75th St./Jimmy Johnson Blvd. and Port Arthur/Beaumont Hwy Minimum Sq.
