Description
PWS FOR MSG-3 ANALYSIS, TOOL DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING REQUIREMENTS REVIEW PROGRAM LRDP HANDBOOK ADOBE DOCUMENT DEV PAK LOM SPREADSHEET SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS CAPABILITY PACKAGE W/QUESTIONNAIRE SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS F-15 MSG-3 ANALYSIS, TOOL DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING REQUIREMENTS REVIEW PROGRAM SUPPORT Market research is being conducted to identify potential sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirement of the F-15 MSG-3 Analysis, Tool Development, and Engineering Requirements Support effort. In order to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center F-15 System Program Office's (SPO) scheduled maintenance program, an improved maintenance strategy must be adopted that provides a holistic assessment that includes all maintenance level, integrity programs, and logistics. As the life of these aging aircraft is extended, reliability and availability are reduced, which in turn causes additional structure and system related problems that result in additional burdens on maintenance programs. Maintenance and SPO requirements must still be met, with increasing mission requirements. The projected period of performance for this new effort is three years, one 12-month basic period and two 12-month option periods. The level of security clearance has not been determined. Contractors/institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS SHOULD RESPOND BY ANSWERING THE CAPABILITY QUESTIONS ON THE ATTACHED SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS CAPABILITY DOCUMENT AND RETURNING THOSE ANSWERS IAW THE INSTRUCTIONS THEREIN.
