Solicitation Number: N6328513SU00443 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: Added: 28 January 2013 Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source award to INTERNATONAL ASSOCIATION OF THE CHIEFS OF POLICE (IACP) located at 515 NORTH WASHINGTON STREET ALEXANDRIA, VA 22314 in accordance with FAR CLAUSE 6.302-1 only one source and FAR 52.211-6 Brand name or equal. The agencies requirement is for the Exhibit Booth Space reserved at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. IACP is responsible for the sale of rental spaces (no manufacturing- just rental space) for its exhibit hall and its annual conference at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed price contract to INTERNATONAL ASSOCIATION OF THE CHIEFS OF POLICE (IACP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 531120. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
