- Description
- This modification is created to provide clarification in response to questions received from vendors regarding the following statement: "System must demonstrate a sensitivity for 100fg/uL reserpine using a non-ion trap mode with a S/N of >=10,000." Please see the below statement for clarification: "This is not being injected through a column. This is a direct infusion optimization. The reserpine solution and designated mobile phase are simultaneously being infused into the mass spectrometer. The 100fg/uL reserpine solution is infused directly into a mixing T at a rate of 5 uL per minute. The mobile phase used for this sensitivity experiment is 50:50 isopropyl alcohol:water and the flow of the mobile phase into the mixing T is 400 uL per minute.
