- Description
- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Yellow Ribbon Events to be held in Concord, CA. The Yellow Ribbon Event Package is for sleeping rooms, lunch meals, general session rooms, breakout rooms, operation room, and av equipment. The periods of performance are 14-18 March 2013 and 1-5 August 2013. This requirement 100% small business set-aside. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is noat considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 30 January 2013. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
