Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Hampshire City: Hooksett and surrounding areas Delineated Area: Within 3 miles of I-93 between the southern city limits of Concord and the northern city limits of South Hooksett Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,575 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 25 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 25 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: •· 1) Space must be contiguous on one floor. 2) The required 25 parking spaces must be able to be fenced and secured. 3) Parking may be split into 10 on-site spaces and 15 off-site spaces that cannot be located further than a ¼ mile drive away. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Expressions of Interest should include the following: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) Legal description •3) CAD drawing of space offered. •4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •5) Rentable Square Feet Offered •6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.
