- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Puerto Rico City: Bayamon Delineated Area: North: PR 2 East: PR 831 South: PR 830 to PR 167 West: PR 828 to PR 861 to Avenida Duero to Calle 9 to Calle 11 to Calle Castiglioni to PR 167 to PR 2 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,772 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,110 Space Type: Office; Retail Parking Spaces (Total): 20 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 20 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Not Applicable Additional Requirements: If space is offered on the 2 nd floor or above, the building must have a minimum of two (2) elevators and two (2) separate opposite stairwells. The owner must be willing to install a backup generator, water tank, and storm shutters to cover the offered space, at no additional cost to the Government. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
