Description

This synopsis is issued in anticipation of SOL FA8539-12-R-01236. The Government has a requirement for repair of NSN: 5895-01-485-0550CX, Part Number: 822-1293-002 applicable to the TPA-81 Traffic and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS). The government has a requirement for repair services of Basic Year (FY13): 10EA, Option Year 1 (FY14): 7 EA, Option Year 2 (FY15): 8 EA, Option Year 3 (FY16): 5 EA, Option Year 4 (FY17): 5 EA. Delivery Schedule: Turn Around Time shall be 30 calendar days after receipt of units or funded order, whichever is later. Destination is Robins AFB GA. This effort is for a five-year effort, Basic Option Period and 4 Option Periods. The approximate RFP issue date will be 19 Feb 2013 with the approximate response date of 20 Mar 2012. RFP will be made available upon request. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. This is a limited source procurement per 10 USC 2304(c)(1) TO: Rockwell Collins Inc., 5159 Southridge Pkwy. Atlanta, GA 30349 Cage: 1SMU4. Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered.
