Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah City: Ogden Delineated Area: East: South 1620 West, South: West 2550 South, West: South 1760 West, North: West 2450 South Note: Delineated area description must reflect verifiable boundaries that intersect to create an enclosed area. The delineated area must conform to applicable regulations and must not unreasonably restrict competition. Attach map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,400 ABOA (5,400 RSF) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,400 ABOA (5,400 RSF) Space Type: Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 2 parking spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved/ Secured): 0 Full Term: 5 years Firm Term: 3 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The General Services Administration (GSA) presently occupies office space under an expiring lease in Ogden, Utah. The GSA is conducting a space rental analysis for 5 years, 3 years firm term lease for 5,400 usable square feet of office space. Any alternative space must be of equal or better quality and provided on not more than one floor. The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location unless there is an alternate space of equal size and quality available, at an economic advantage to the Government including all build-out costs, moving and telecommunication relocation costs, and meets the agency’s special requirements. The entire 5,400 RSF of contiguous space will consist of class A office space, holding cells, interview rooms, and a Sally port. The Government requires building access and in-suite services on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. All services, supplies, utilities, portioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative.
