Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation, VA118-13-R-0090, is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition and Operations, Technology Acquisition Center. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-48 effective January 31, 2011 and the latest version of the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) supplement. This RFP is issued on a full and open competitive basis for acquisition of services to store backup media of all Office of Information and Technology, Enterprise Systems Engineering, Integrated Campus Support Division Information Management/Information Technology systems off site to preserve its integrity and to prevent damage from fire, water, or accidental erasure.
