No substitute item is acceptable (see attached Justification). The required light is the only authorized/approved LED Flood Light for the M9 Armored Combat Earthmover (ACE) Vehicle. The Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient data, or the rights to same data, for the manufacture of these items. Any source capable of supplying this item may contact the person(s) below to be considered for award. No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement.
