The U.S. General Services Administration (Mid-Atlantic Region 3) plans to issue a BPA call against an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) BPA#: GS-23F-0232L/GS-03P-12-DX-A-0052 for Construction Management as Agent services to Review the Site Development Design and Concept Design for Phase I Venues on behalf of the US Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS) for the Foreign Affairs Security Training Center (FASTC) project in Blackstone, VA.
