Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, VISN 1, Bedford, MA, 01730, intends to solicit a firm fixed price contract for a three-series My HealtheVet postcard Outreach program via a mass mailing campaign. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and all other resources required to design and deliver MHV mailings to educate Veterans on MHV Registration, In-Person Authentication (IPA,) and Opt-In for Secure Messaging (SM.) It is the Department Of Veterans Affairs' intent to solicit quotes under RFQ VA241-13-Q-0314 and award a single contract on a competitive basis. This RFQ will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 323111. RFQ VA241-13-Q-0314 is anticipated to be published on or about January 31, 2013. No questions for this solicitation will be answered by phone. All questions must be submitted via email to teresa.cutty@va.gov. All questions will be combined and answered at once with an amendment notice to FedBizOps.
