Description

The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade, Theater Contracting Center, Unit 23156, APO, AE 09054-3156, has a requirement for Education Support Services at various locations throughout Europe for the U.S. Army in Europe. This acquisition is in conjunction with RFP W564KV-13-R-0007 (Post-Secondary Educational Services). A firm fixed price (FFP), commercial, indefinite delivery, requirements contract will be utilized to meet this requirement. The period of performance is expected to be a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) option periods of twelve (12) months. A single award is anticipated for this requirement. Complete details will be given in Request for Proposal (RFP) W564KV-12-R-0008 to be released to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOps), on or about 29 January 2013. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 15 procedures.
