Description

The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), Ann Arbor, MI and the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ProVation Medical, Minneapolis, MN for services provided under ProVation's Software maintenance plan. NAICS 511210 applies, the small business size standard is $25 Million dollars. The contractor shall perform the services at the VAAAHS at 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48105 and Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 West 10th St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 for the period of contract award for one year with four (4), one (1) year option periods. The contractor shall coordinate all visits with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and check in and out with the COR, as well as provide a comprehensive list of all work performed and updates provided while at the facility or remotely. This notice is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 3:30 EST on 2/17/2012. No telephonic inquiries or e-mail responses will be accepted. All responses must be mailed to VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Rd. (54C), Attn: Chuck Lakin, Ann Arbor, MI 48105. UPS or FEDEX to Contract Service Center, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Lobby M, Suite 2200, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
