Description

This Sources Sought Notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The intent of this sources sought synopsis is to identify potential qualified offerors that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Richmond VA Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia is looking for interested parties to provide preventative maintenance and emergency services to include comprehensive parts and labor, and annual planed maintenance and inspection on 78 automatic swing doors, automatic sliding doors, and components. Offerors must be an authorized technician, stocking distributor, and certified to provide installation, services and equipment of Stanley Automatic Doors and Components. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Vendors are to provide brief capability statements/ prior work within the scope of work being requested. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name, telephone number, and address of company/provider, location or site, firm size in relation to the NAICS and any other pertinent information that demonstrates your firm's capabilities to provide the required services for the Richmond VAMC. This synopsis is not a solicitation announcement for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.
