Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic intends to award a sole source contract to Martone Radio Technology, Inc. (MRT) for the purchase of the continued development of the MRT's proprietary data collection system, Maximus/One 360 in support of the Radio Battalion Management Modernization and Concept Exploration (RadBn Mods) Program Office. MRT is the sole developer of this proprietary system. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price contract estimated at $1,500,000.00. The period of performance will be a base year and two one year option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 541330 and the size standard is $14 million.
