- Description
- The purpose of this procurement is provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform custodial services as required by the Government in the solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561720 (Janitorial Services) with a size standard of $16.5 million. The solicitation will be awarded as a single award - performance based firm fixed price type contract. The geographic locations where the work will be performed will be at the Pentagon Reservation as specified in the performance work statement (PWS). All contractors shall be ORCA registered http://orca.bpn.gov now (www.SAM.gov). Contractors; in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database now (www.SAM.gov) before a contract can be awarded to your company. Registration may be accomplished at (www.SAM.gov). The solicitation will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities web-site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.
