Description

Request for Quote Contracting Department MCIEAST, Camp Lejeune, is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ). M67001-13-Q-0085, for the acquisition and delivery of audio visual equipment for Camp Lejeune, NC. Please include your company's address, points of contact, DUNS, Cage Code, and Tax ID number with your quote. NOTE: When two or more items are quoted at the same delivered price, we give preference to the small business concern per FAR 8.405-5(c). This is a "BRAND NAME OR EQUAL" procurement. The manufacturer's name and part/model number have been provided in Bill of Materials section of this document to describe equipment deemed minimally capable of satisfying the Government's requirement. The manufacturer name and part number are provided only to assist potential vendors in understanding the Government's requirement. The Government is not soliciting or suggesting a particular name brand, and will consider quotes for any brand that fulfills or exceeds the Government's need. The Contractor's quoted product description shall reflect the characteristics and level of quality that will satisfy the Government's needs. The Government will issue a firm fixed price delivery order. It is the Government's intent to award this requirement on an "all or none award". The contractor is to fill out attached excel spreadsheet with quote for each line item in the format provided.
