Description

This announcement is notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Athena Construction Group Inc. 18031 Dumfries Shopping Plaza, Dumfries, VA 22026. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5. The requirement is for renovation of 4B Cardiology Ward area of the Audie L. Murphy Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) located at 7711 Wurzbach, San Antonio, Texas 78229. The estimated value of this project is $1,000,000.00 - $5,000,000.00. Response date is February 26, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. The requirement consists of demolition and abatement of the existing space. Demolition and construction of Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work, of areas for revised configuration on the fourth floor Cardiology Ward at Audie L. This notice of intent is not for competitive proposals; however, all capabilities received by the closing date and time will be considered for future requirements.
