- This notice is being amended to change the issue and closing date of the solicitation. The issue date is February 15, 2013 and the closing date is February 18, 2013. Also Configuration Control applies to this NSN. ************************************************************************************************************************** PR NO : 0046401818 - NSN: 6350-01-347-8013 - ALARM, SMOKE, AUTOMAT (25693), P/N SAS-04399-03 This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed quantity contract. Required quantity is 261. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, other than full and open competition. The contractor shall comply with the ISO 9001 Higher-Level Quality Standard. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DLAA. Delivery requirement is 60 days. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The approved source is Meggitt Safety Systems, Inc. (25693) P/N SAS-04399-03. Effective December 12, 2012, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, prospective suppliers are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, except for the exceptions cited at FAR 4.1102(a). Annual updates to your registration will be required. Prospective contractors can complete electronic annual representations and certifications at https://www.acquisition.gov. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
