Description

SCOPE OF WORK The services needed for developing and conducting eCMS training. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and incidentals required to provide the services outlined in this PWS for the period of performance. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) performance-based contract with three two month option periods. PERFORMANCE DETAILS Performance Period The Period of Performance is for a 6-month period from the time of award. No work at a Government site will take place on Federal holidays or weekends unless directed by the CO. The VA observes all Federal holidays as recognized by the Office of Personnel Management (http:BWWW.opm.Rov/fedhol/index.htm). The Contractor shall be available to report to VA during core business hours of course delivery location, which are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. local time, unless otherwise approved by the CO. Place of Performance Classroom training shall be provided at VA Acquisition Academy located in Frederick, Maryland (7495 New Horizon Way Frederick, MD 21703) as well as at any of the VA Contracting Offices located throughout the continental United States.
