Description

The Project Legacy Office of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System is seeking pharmacy automation manufacturers to provide us with a solution to operate both the Inpatient and Outpatient pharmacies in our new medical center. We would like to invite interested vendors to present your solutions in 1 hour to a team of clinicians and engineers. THIS NOTICE IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES AND A SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources relative to NAICS Code 423450. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, HUB-Zone Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, and Women-Owned Small Business, are encouraged to respond. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to Jon Jachens-Contracting Officer or Mariel Ponseti- Biomedical Engineer@ Jon.Jachens@va.gov or Mariel.Ponseti @va.gov. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 3:30 p.m. EST on February 19, 2013. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from their responses to this announcement.
