Synopsis: The purpose of this requirement is to establish a contract for hoteling services in support of VA's SAC in Fredericksburg, VA. In accordance with PL 109-461 and VAAR 819.7007, SAC intends to negotiate a non-competitive award sole-source procurement with Kizano Corporation a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business for a period of one (1) six-month base period and three (3) six-month options. This requirement is for a turnkey per seat or per person office services solution where VA personnel can perform all necessary office functions incident to the efficient performance of their official duties. Such an office services solution is commonplace in the commercial market and is often referred to as a business center arrangement or "hoteling," where the office space, all ancillary services (reception, mail delivery, etc), and furnishings are provided so that companies can perform normal work functions. This notice is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
