Description

Soul Source J & A The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award Schneider Electric 434 SW 12th Ave., Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. Schneider Electric will provide support for 120 VRLA batteries with a 3 year warranty. Schneider Electric is the parent of the manufacturer of the UPS, MGE. They are most familiar with their equipment and in addition, they are familiar with our particular system and with our facility. An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for this required software, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov (no later than February 14, 2013, 8:00 AM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
