- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul/repair of the UH-60M Troop Seat. Input NSN: 1680-01-560-8741 Input P/Ns: 70500-52851-101, MBCS10674 Output NSN: 1680-01-560-8741 Output P/N: MBCS10674 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 47 each and a maximum of 297 each. This includes Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantity of 50 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) available to support this requirement. This requirement is restricted to Martin Baker America, Inc. (CAGE code: 1Q842) and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE code: 78286). Authority cited is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1, quote mark Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement quote mark. This is not a commercial item. Therefore, FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and materials for the maintenance and overhaul of the items. The required production schedule to meet current and forecasted requirements is 4 per month 120 days after receipt of order for the UH-60M Troop Seat, NSN 1680-01-560-8741. Any competing contractor could not be familiar with the total design parameters, specific parts requirements and test processes etc., for the Troop Seat. This item has been published in the December 2012 edition of the Competition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL). The response date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective Embassies. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted.
