- ***UPDATED FEBRUARY 14, 2013*** This update is to provide tenative dates for upcoming milestones/events: RELEASE DRAFT RFP & DRAFT PWS - 01 MAR 2013 PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE - 05 MAR 2013 SITE VISITS - 12 & 14 MAR 2013 RECEIVE COMMENTS ON DRAFT RFP & DRAFT PWS - 01 APR 2013 ISSUE RFP - 06 MAY 2013 RECEIVE PROPOSALS - 07 JUN 2013 Offerors interested in attending the pre-proposal conference and site visits in Japan are required to submit their information: (1) Locations/Event Attending (2) Attendee's Name and Company Name (3) Position title (4) Social Security Number (5) Passport number (6) Date of birth (7) Place of birth (8) Citizenship Following Items needed for in addition to the above for pre-proposal conference at JBPH-H, HI: (9) DL# or State ID# (10) Vehicle info (Color; Make; Model; Type; License Plate) Attendee's information shall be sent to Attn: TSgt Casey Shaner, email at casey.shaner@us.af.mil NO LATER THAN 26 February 2013 at 3:00 p.m. HST. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure attendence notification is received by the government. Failure to confirm attendance may result in inability to gain access to the pre-proposal conference and site visits. The Government assumes no liability for and will not be obligated to the Contractor for payment for costs incurred prior to award including proposal preparation, submission, pre-proposal and site visit costs. A representative from HQ PACAF and the contracting office will accompany the Offeror's representatives. The anticipated pre-proposal / site visit schedule is: Pre-proposal Conference, JBPH-H, Hawaii - 05 March 2013 - Max attendees per offeror four (4). Site Visit - Misawa AB, Japan - 12 March 2013 - Max attendees per offeror two (2). Site Visit - Kadena AB, Japan - 14 March 2013 - Max attendees per offeror two (2). Additional details, such as building/room information, security, directions, transportation, etc. will be provided upon notification of intent to participate. Passports are required for site visit in Japan. Due to limited space, the government asks for a max of four (4) attendees to the Pre-Proposal Conference at JBPH-H and max of two (2) attendees to each of the site visits: Misawa AB, Japan and Kadena AB, Japan. Offerors who submitted their reservation information by the deadline, but later decided not to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference/ Site Visits, are asked to notify the Contracting Specialist, TSgt. Casey Shaner, in writing no later than 01 March 2013 at 3:00 p.m. HST for cancellation. Each Offeror shall download a copy of the draft solicitation (if the draft solicitation is available) prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. The Government will not provide a hard copy of the solicitation.
