- Description
- It is the intent of the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (IHS) to acquire preventive maintenance services for radiographic medical equipment for the dental and radiology department. Services will be performed at the Colorado River Service Units; Parker Indian Health Center, Parker, AZ 85344, Peach Spring Health Center, Peach Springs, AZ 86434 and Havasupai Health Station, Supai, AZ 86435. Preventive maintenance is to be preformed monthly, semi-annually and annually. The term of the contract shall be for a period of one base year and four one-year option periods. The Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation No. 13-247-SOL-00027 shall be available on or around February 15, 2013.
