- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-13-T-0007 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-65. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 81130. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. In addition to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) are the following line items: 0001.Chain P/N: ft1335/42x or equal, qty of 4 each, 0002. Bolt P/N: ft1012 or equal qty of 672 each, 0003. Nut P/N: ft1029 or equal, qty of 672 each, 0004. Pads P/N: hm1012 or equal, qty of 168 each. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-1 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5(DEV) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (JUN2006)(Deviation) and DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms, Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (JUL 2006) ( Deviation). This solicitation also incorporates The Service Contract Act of 1965 and wage rates will be applicable. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
