Description

ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON TO PROVIDE SERVICES AT THE STANDING ROCK SERVICE UNIT IN FORT YATES, NORTH DAKOTA. Firm Fixed-Price, Non-personal, Service Healthcare Purchase Order for Orthopedic Surgeon to provide services at the Standing Rock Service Unit in Ft. Yates, North Dakota. The Period of Performance will be from the "Date of Award" through 02/28/14. The "Unit Price" is an all inclusive cost. All "inclusive cost" is defined to include travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, i.e., life insurance, social security, federal, state, and local taxes, plus all other costs pertinent to the performance of the contract. The contractor is to perform according to the Statement of Work. 192 HOURS
