- RFP_Amendment 0004 _ Incorporated Changes: Responses to Questions_II Section C_ Word Version SF30_Amendment 0004 Amendment 0004 Incorporates the following changes into the solicitation: 1. 9Q3TDSEAR005 proposal submission date has been extended from 03/08/2013 to 03/22/2013. 2. Section 508 Special Clause has been incorporated into the solicitation: Added: Section H.26 "The Contractor may receive requests to provide equipment that meets accessibility requirements under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d). Information regarding Section 508 is available via the Internet at http://www.section508.gov. The Government is responsible for identifying the applicable technical provisions of the Access Board's standards in its requests or requirements documents. The Contractor is not required to provide, nor is the Government obligated to acquire, Section 508-compliant equipment under this contract." 3. A Word Version of Section C: Statement of Objectives has been issued as an attachment to the solicitation. 4. Responses to Questions II have been incorporated into the solicitation as an attachment. 5. Deletion of reference of C.7.2.3 Contract Access Fee has been incorporated into the solicitation. All Other Terms and Conditions Remain the Same.
