Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and in not a request for competitive proposals. The government intends to negotiate with Berchtold Corporation on a sole source basis pursuant to VAAR 873 & 38 USC 8153 and FAR 6.302-1 for the Teletom Boom Equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received prior to the close date of this announcement. Written responses to this notice shall contain Sufficient documentation to establish bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A Solicitation is not available. Please e-mail Corey Labbe @ corey.labbe2@va.gov with all responses or questions regarding this procurement no later than February 27, 2013 @ 1000 est. No telephone responses will be accepted.
