This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) VA-255-13-R-0484. RFQ VA-255-13-R-0484 is issued to provide Pager Leasing and Services to the Kansas City VAMC in Kansas City, MO. The NAICS code is 517210 and this is an open market competition. The government contemplates a firm fixed price contract from this procurement. This requirement shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. Contract period will be for a one year base period beginning April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014, with four 1-year renewal option years.
