- RESPONSE DATE: 02/27/2013 @ 3:00 PM EASTERN TIME OR (15:00HRS) P: Presolicitation Notice FA4484-13-T-0004 Classification Code: Books & DVD/Movies Lease, Base + 4 Option Years NAICS: 424920 The Contractor shall ensure the supply of books and DVD movies for the Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Library. Base + 4 Option Years REQUIREMENT: One 30-book unit and one 5-DVD movie unit per month. Specific Tasks: 30 new books per month for 12 months 5 new DVD movies per month for 12 months. This solicitation is a Request For Proposals under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 5192, NAICS Code 42490 with a Standard size of 100 employees. The proposed performance period begins 01 Apr 2013. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities web page; (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/). The solicitation can be accessed by USAF offices, Air Mobility Command, JB MdGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, 87 FSS. Paper copies will not be made available. All prospective offerors must obtain a DUNS number and be registered in the Federal portal; (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) System for Award Management (SAM) which consolidates the Data Universal Numberings System (DUNS), the Central Contractor Registration (CCR),the Offeror Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) and the Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code). The solicitation will be posted on or about 27 Feb 2013. Due date will be posted on the solicitation. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested contractors to monitor the Fed Biz Opps web page frequently for updates/amendments to the solicitation.
