Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention contemplates the award of a sole source purchase order to GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences, 800 Centennial Avenue, Piscataway, NJ 08854-3911, for continued maintenance of a GE Typhoon 9400/9410, serial number 63003856-95094. This equipment is covered under the “Full Care” agreement, which is for twelve months of full coverage, including one (1) PM visit, and all parts, travel and labor. The service will begin at date of award to last for no longer than twelve months. Two option periods are also contemplated. CDC believes that this requirement is met by only one provider. This procurement will be processed under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only one responsible source and no other sources will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation is being issued. Interested persons may use e-mail to identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement before the expiration date of the advertisement.
